Our Business Partner team have had a busy Q1
Q2 is equally fast paced.
We have been on-boarding our new Network Members One Broker, Sense Risk Solutions, Cape (Ins) Services, Pozitive Insurance and Shephard Compello. Helping them settle in and introducing them to our Partner Insurers and all the other aspects of our proposition that will help them grow their businesses.
We are helping our own panels of Network Members with many different queries; these range from multinational placement advice and introductions to our global network, assistance with sourcing capacity for tricky and complex property placements, facilitating introductions to Willis Towers Watson subject matter experts, service escalations, as well as many others that they ask for our guidance with. We are providing new business opportunities to our Network Members, both in the form of leads from Willis Towers Watson and also facilitating conversations between Network Members where there are opportunities to help each other out on niche or scheme placements. Examples included a Network Member needing access to AXA Northern Ireland and one of our Northern Irish Members facilitating and another Network Member needing to place cover on a small plane, which we enabled via the Willis Tower Watson Commercial team.
Our MI project is now moving at a pace and proving to be a real game changer, as it is identifying opportunities for business currently place outside the Network Panel to potentially be moved onto it. This is also shaping our Partner Insurer conversations where we are able to look at opportunities that could potentially be beneficial in the future.
Business Partner’s spend a lot of time with our Network Members developing an understanding of their business plans and through our Focus on You programme delivering a consultancy service to support Network Members reach their goals.
Whilst we are missing the actual opportunity to meet face to face with our Network Members at present, we have embraced the technology and virtual world working to continue the great relationships we have with our Network Members and ensure working virtually has not been a barrier to growth.
