Network Member Development – A successful 2021 already and more to come
Working in unique circumstances during 2020 did not dampen our appetite to welcome new Network Members into our business family and bring new opportunities to our Partner Insurers. As highlighted during our virtual Spring Assembly week we have welcomed 12 new Network Members into the fold. We are delighted that at the range of new Network Members from start-ups like Get Indemnity through to established brokers such as Shepherd Compello and One Broker.
One Broker is a very welcome addition to the Network family. As a top 20 broker they were looking for the unique set of skill that Willis Towers Watson Networks brings to its Membership, including access to the wider offering from Willis Towers Watson such as assistance from our Human Capital and Benefits team in Mergers & Acquisitions.
The news regarding GRP and Marsh Networks came as a surprise to use all, but we see this as an opportunity to continue to build relationships with those who may want to enjoy what we offer.
We continue to engage across many platforms, LinkedIn, direct messaging (in lieu of direct mail), Twitter, engaging in virtual events like Broker Expo and BIBA, as well as our own contact management strategy and individual meetings. It has been a pleasant surprise that we have increased our individual meetings rather than decreased them.
Our sales activity is in full swing and will continue to engage across all fronts to bring new Network Members to work with you.
