Looking forward to the future
The first half of 2021 has seen us deliver a huge amount of top-quality Learning and Development content to our Network Members. We have delivered around 80 new training sessions covering a wide range of topics. 540 individual Network Member staff have clocked up 2100 CPD hours as a result.
Our new ‘Back to Basics‘ series has proved to be very popular and has provided training at an introductory level on topics including Property, PL, EL and Business Interruption to name a few. We have continued to see lots of participation from our our Partner Insurers and we are currently engaging now with all of our Partners to look at content for the latter part of the year. In September we will launch our ‘Foundations Programme’ which will be a 10-month programme aimed at school and college leavers. The programme will provide training on technical topics as well as soft skills and business skills so that delegates completing the programme will have the foundations of their learning in insurance and business as they embark on their careers in insurance.
The Business School provides a fantastic platform for Partner Insurers to engage with Network Members whilst sharing knowledge for the benefit of our Network Member staff. Please get involved and if you have ideas for possible subjects please contact Mark Cobham.
