2021 WQI Launched
We have launched the 2021 WQI (Willis Quality Index) with a specific Willis Towers Watson Networks section designed to garner Network Members responses.
This is backed by a number of initiatives to talk with and encourage Network Members to give their feedback.
The survey requests a lot of information about Network Members relationship with and the service they receive from our Partner Insurers. We look forward to sharing the results with you later in the year.
